❗ #ONGymWeek DISCIPLINE SPOTLIGHT: TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS❗ ✨ Trampoline Gymnastics (TG) features 4 exciting competitive events: Individual Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Double-Mini Trampoline, and Tumbling. Athletes often compete in multiple events at the lower levels, and as they progress, they typically focus on 1 or 2 events at the higher levels. ✨ The ultimate goal of TG? Flying high! Whether it’s soaring on the trampoline or double-mini trampoline, athletes get the time and control to execute impressive tricks, while tumbling passes fly down the track and finish off the routine with a perfect touch. ✨ 🇨🇦 Ontario has a rich history of success in Trampoline Gymnastics. Many of Canada’s Olympic medalists in the sport hail from Ontario, including 2-time Olympic Champion Rosie MacLennan, along with many World event medalists.
